Ethical artisan beachwear, loungewear, and upscale casual designer pieces for your work-to-weekend lifestyle.
Do you really know what "made in india" means?
Do you think it means sweatshop labor, slapdash sewing, and colors that run in the wash?
We do things differently. Because you deserve it, and so do the artisans who stand behind their skills. Do you really know your clothes? Here's some quick info about ours: if you want cookie-cutter fast fashion that falls apart quickly, made at lightning speed in a mystery fabric with god-knows-what chemicals by underpaid workers, we can't help you.
Here's what we can help you with: quality, values, and adaptability. Clothes that include special designer details but have wash-and-wear function for lives that move from home to work to going out and back again. Limited-edition pieces that are designed in the USA, by women for women, and produced with a Fair Trade Federation Member facility in Rajasthan, India, using a mix of old-world craft and modern sustainability to blend artistic heritage with today's innovations. We don't mind moving between worlds when it means we're a small part of the growing movement to create a better one. "Clothing conscious" can have new meanings.
Fun Fashion Fact: All our models are between 5'2" and 5'7" tall. Chances are, you might be, too. The majority of American women are in that height range. We're just crazy enough to think that you might want to know where that pant hem might fall on someone who's your height, or wonder where that sleeve will hit on, say, your own arm.
We know it's tough to choose the right size when you're shopping online, so we've also got our Size Chart and Fit Information section, recommendations on fit in our product descriptions, and several pieces with adaptable features to adjust sleeve and hem lengths. If you want to change that sleeve length or raise that hem, our Siwa Shirt and Wanderlust Pant have adjustable length built right in.
